Biometric Important FAQs

Biometric related our concerns:

1.Can we integrate multiples devices from single software and how?

Yes, easy bio 2.0 can be integrated with multiple devices which will sync attendance and users from all devices to your easy gym software. We have to make sure all devices are in one wifi network and have separate IP address

2.What is ping issue and reasons of not getting attendance ?

3. If client using in basement and devices are installed on multiple floors without LAN , how we can integrate that?

WIFI connection, but LAN wire is always preferred for faster and hassle free integration. LAN wire can be installed underwall and ground like normal wires.

4.How biometric integrate with Door lock?

Lock is part of biometric vendor. We only integrated device and device further manage/ handle magnetic locks / turnstile bars whether to open or not. Please contact your biometric vendor to help you on this.

5.Face device model numbers?

We are working on this. 

6.What is the basic requirement of door stuff for the biometric integration?

Device and lock to be installed by vendor. LAN wire from device to internet / wifi modem.

7.What issue arise if client shut down biometric device or internet?

Nothing, but it can change IP sometimes. Device have its own memory so if u turn it off or internet is not connected device will store attendance and user data in its local memory.


8.How attendance will show in multiple device case

In easy gym software we show device name also from which attendance was synced.
