What is difference between admin, super-admin, employee or trainer or service provder login?


Super admin: With all powers and access to all reports of all branches. Have 100% access to Add/edit all branches.

Admin/ manager: Can manage and see data and reports of only his/ her branch. Have 100% access on Add/edit of only 1 branch. Can add new employees to his / her branch.

Employee: Can add new clients, inquiries, or bills but can't edit bills or client information. Can't download reports which makes your data security more enhanced.
Cant add new employees.

Trainer: Will be able to see only his bookings and client profile to create a workout plan, diet plan, and update body measurements. The trainer will not be able to see billing and payment or client contact details. No access to the client base, billing, or confidential data.

Service provider: Will be able to see only his bookings. No access to the client base, billing or confidential data.


This is how easy gym or easy salon software restrict employee from seeing sensitive data.
