Stop further billing first of all. If further bills are made we cant do this process because we cant have an un-specified bill id or client id.
Ask the client to mail you at
manager@easygymsoftware.com [for easy gym]
manager@easysalon.in [for easy salon]
with software URL and client id/ bill id to be deleted.
The process will take min. 24 hours.
The CLient has to hold billing until then...
