Send our data format to the client and the client have to put data in the same format or ask the client to export data from their existing software.
Inform client: That once data is received our team will inform whether sent data can be uploaded or not in 24-48 hours.
Once data is confirmed it will take another 24-48 hours to upload.
The ticket can be open to the developer for the same.
