Purpose:
The purpose of the document is to define the key responsibility areas and scope of work during your tenure in 13DesignStreet.
Applicable:
This document is applicable to all Digital Marketer Interns (Account Manager) who are employed with 13DesignStreet.
Key Responsibility Areas of Account Manager:
General:
1. Creation of Client Facebook & Instagram profile. Information about LOGO, Address, Contact number of client need to be asked over mail ID: accountmanager@13designstreet.com
2. Upgradation of Instagram profile to business profile
3. Connecting Facebook&Instagram profiles together
4. Updating & verify details on Facebook & Instagram pages like about us, address, numbers.
5. Updation of Cover Picture& Default picture on Instagram and Facebook
Notes:(DP should be designed by designer in 300x300px)
(Cover photo is to be designed by designer and it is mobile friendly, content should not be cut/ cropped in mobile view. Suggestion: keep content centered and small)
6. Research & make list of nearest competitors &nearby public places like malls, coffee shops
7. Start organic reach in Instagram by targeting followers of nearest competitor business. Tag their followers, comment on pictures of their followers & like pictures or even you can follow them to expect a follow back)
Note: We should strictly restrict ourselves from commenting or doing any activity on competitor’s profile. We have to steal and not get caught.
8. Organic reach on Facebook by sharing on local groups related to client business. 9. MakeWhatsApp group with HR, Director &client for proper communication.
10. Introduce yourself to customer and keep updating on your research on competitors on regular basis. We need to take Updation from client for and specific requirements they have.
11. Get initial designs ready by designer of 5 different banners and send to client for approval
13. In case of any changes asked by client get changes done by designer and send for approval to client again;
14. On approval, post banner on their Instagram &Facebook pageswith unique caption, 4-5 hashtags & tag 10 potential customers of our client.
15. Liking & commenting on unique potential customers everyday Instagram profiles to boost organic reach (within 5KM radius. Find competitor business nearby and target followers of competitors in 5KM radius. Or target people who have checked in nearby locations like malls)
16. Check DM/ messages every day and every message or DM should be responded within 6 working hours
17. All comments should be replied within 1 business day.
18. In case of Paid Ads, it should be audited every day and client and paid ad manager should be notified about it.
19. In case client request for any customized banners,we need to take at least 3 business days to get it done from designer.
20. Request client to give all information at one go. Changing info again and again on banner should be ignored. Inform client in advance (politely) we give only 2 revisions.
21. Before presenting any information or banner to client or uploading it on social channels, spelling & grammar should be checked as it’s the responsibility of Account Manager not Designer.
22. In case any designs require lot of content then the same should be provided to designer.
23. Account Manager need to work on to Grab / DM/ Follow/ Like/ Comment on profiles of people who have engaged with competitors profile.
24. Internal excel sheet needs to be updated every day and any false information in excel will raise you warning letter from HR Manager.
25. On 1st of every month, Account Manager needs create list of special days of the month and schedule designer to design banners for all clients for those days like Labour Day , Diwali, Holi, New Year and any kind of special / public / international days.
26. Account Manager needs to make entire week schedule for designer based on the in-stock banners for posting of clients.
Important notes:
1. Our internal excel sheet needs to be updated on daily basis.
2. Take weekly feedback from all clients
3. Use accountmanager@13designstreet.com to send and receive information
4. Don’t keep/ accept admin access of Facebook page of any client;
5. Ask customer to have OTP authentication on Instagram so that no one can login without their permission. Help them to set this and use client number for OTP not ours.
6. In case you create Instagram account for our client, update all information in excel and email customer about same and create Gmail id to create Instagram account. Use customer number to register Gmail and Instagram profile. All information should be mailed to director and client about same immediately.
7. In case you create Facebook page for our client, admin access should be transferred to the client personal ID within 48 hours otherwise no work can be done on the page. And you should be downgraded by editor post. Screenshot of same should be emailed to client and director.
8. We don’t design any kind of print media like flex, banners, catalogs, bills, hoardings. Designing social media banners are our scope of work only.
9. No direct communication should take place between client & designer as accounts manager you will be point of contact.
