Google Ads:
1. Communicate with client for requirement / offer / proposal they want to run on ads. 2. Budget of a day needs to be fixed after confirming same from clients.
3. We should receive 100% advance payment for ad budget for 7 days from client. 4. Open ticket, using Disha, to director / Social media manager to run ad
5. Caption / Description of ads should be in less than 100 words.
6. Heading of Ads need to be asked from client.
7. Ad Expert needs to confirm from client on where user should be diverted once user clicks on Ad? (Like Website in case client have website or Message on Facebook &Instagram or Lead Generation Form)
8. Ask client for atleast 2 working days to setup Ads.
9. Regular auditing should be done by Ad Expert on likes, comments coming on Ad, also keeping a check on whether likes or comments are genuine and ad is visible to potential or desired audience.
10. Screenshots of auditing / genuine profiles should be shared with client and director.
11. Incase auditing results are negative (when likes or comments are of fake profile or people who are been engaged are not potential audience) then ticket for same should be raised to director/ social media manager.
