Sender ID can be only of 5 characters like "GYMSOF". Sender ID is not assured by us to be approved or rejected.
Sender ID that client want should be sent to MTNL for approval by the SMS handling team (Right now it is handled by Mis. Sabia)
And once sender ID is approved by MTNL then the Sender ID will be sent to Kaleyra
And once approved by Kaleyra it will be sent to the developer via Disha ticket to add in client software.
It may take 5-7 working days to complete this task.
