How to approve the content on MTNL-
Open MTNL - https://www.ucc-mtnl.in/dashboard/

Step 1- Go to the template tab, Click on a content template
Step 2- Click on add
Step 3- A form will appear, then fill in the details
- Always select Service -> Select consent type – Explicit (for promotional/informative content) and Implicit (In case of transactional SMS)
Follow the below-written details to fill the form.
Template type – Service,
Consent type - Explicit,
Sender Id –Ask in the group which sender id it should be filled, Select the consent template – options will be there choose eSALON or GYMsof
Template Name- name the template acc to the message and it should be unique so that it can be easy to find details later,
Template name- [“sender id” “Salon name” “any unique word related to content”],
Template message- Copy paste the msg sent in the group and add eSALON at the end of each message and variables where applicable {#var#}.
Then Save the message.
2nd part- KALEYRA
Kaletra – It is a third-party vendor that linked with us to provide its SMS service. We have to link Kaleyra with MTNL

To set template from MTNL to KALEYRA
Step 1- Go to Campaign-
Step 2- Click on SMS, Go to template
Step 3- Click on add template-
Step 4- Add details in Create new form and Save
How to Shoot SMS
Step 1- Open Kaleyra and go to SMS
Step 2-Click on Launch campaign
Step 3- Add campaign name (Date, client name, purpose)
Step 4- Click on the sender id toggle and choose the Sender ID same as mentioned in MTNL
Step 5- Click on Import and a popup will be there with the name of Import contacts then copy and paste the numbers.
Step 6- Click on the check box and then select the import button.
Step 7- Then go to the template, a popup will be shown, and type the salon/gym name whose messages you want to shoot. Select the message given below in the template.
Step 8- Click on the required offer which is to be shot and then click on the import button.
Step 9- Then replace the variable with 20 characters including space, it could be the important details like name, date, number, etc
*Note (if more than 20 char, the campaign will fail)
Example- Replace {#var#} with details. Note: Replace braces also “{}”
Step 10- The last step is to click on send button, it will send sms to all the numbers imported.
*Make sure you send the sms first to yourself then to the other clients*
