How data is transferred from one software / old software to another?
If the client using another software: Majorly all software has data in a well-organized way, so if the client share excels / CSV exported from existing software/ past software we can import in our easy gym or easy salon software.
Things to re-check:
Date format is a common one.
Mobile numbers are OK
If the client not using any software and have data in excel (manually created) or diary: In this case share our software data import formats with client and client will fill data in that excel and share it with us. Our developer will check if done right, we will import in the easy gym or easy salon software.
Things to note:
Data import service is FREE
The data import or above process may take 4-7 days.
