Yes! It is very important to verify whether the client took a PT session or not and even if the client did we should have feedback right?
First, your client books a PT session using the QR portal or website or may ask your gym reception to book a PT session.
Step 1. Your trainer login to easy gym software and will be able to see only his bookings and client profile to create a workout plan, diet plan, and update body measurements. The trainer will not be able to see billing and payment or client contact details.
Step 2. Trainer accepts session and authenticates via OTP sent on client registered phone, if the client gives valid OTP it means client has taken session.
Step 3. After 1 hour of the session client will automatically receive a Form via SMS or eMail to give feedback which can be seen in report section "feedbacks" in Easy gym software
