In easy salon and easy gym Admin/ super admin can create past bills/invoices or edit the date of billing or payment but employee-level login cant edit or create bills in past dates.
But this is Free of cost and customizable if the business owner wants employees able to edit or restrict the admin from editing the date of billing.
