How gym owner will make sure whether the trainer gave a session?
Step 1. (Not mandatory) Client can book a training session via QR portal/website or call gym reception to book PT on his/ her behalf.
Step 2. The client will go to the trainer and ask for a session.
Step 3. The trainer will log in to easy gym software via a browser on smart phone and use his/ her login credentials. Now trainer will be able to see active clients and der memberships, workout plans, diet plans, and body measurements but the trainer won't be able to see bills of finances.
Step 4. The trainer will send PT session authentication to the client's phone via SMS as OTP.
Step 5. The client will give OTP to the trainer for verifying that session is taken by the client.

How to know how many sessions clients has taken and how many left?
In the new easy gym software, it can be seen on client profiles and client list in brackets.
If one client has active group class package.. can he buy another group class package?
Yes, in easy gym software 2022 this option is made available because client can have a group class package that allows him/ her to join zumba class only but the client wants one more group class package which will allow him/ her to join other classes like yoga.

So we follow the same standard procedure of installation and handling turnstile.

Difference between inactive & expired clients and Frequent absent clients?
Inactive : Client with membership expired or membership is freezed
Expired: Clients with expired memberships
Frequent Absent client: Client with active membership but not coming to gym from last 3-4 days. this is analysed on basis of attendance. If no attendance is coming to easy gym DB from last 3 days or more.. client will be shown in Frequent Absent client on dashboard.

No you cant delete as in future if you need to see report, you wont be able to see report from that employee.
But you can disable employee using status > Inactive. It will hide employee from all dropdowns except reports.
