1. The AC temperature will stay between 22-24 degrees, and the minimum fan speed will be set to 1. The swing function will be activated to prevent airflow targeting one person. I request everyone to remain calm, and the remotes will be kept with Durga in the head office, while in the branch office, the remote will be with Aman. All AC units are operational, and everyone can switch on the AC starting from March 21, 2024. We should always take care of our team members. If anyone feels uncomfortable, please listen to them that day, and the next day, you can request them to consider your needs.
2. Branch sales will be considered as the sales team members' sales only if there are notes in the customer profile indicating follow-ups within the last 30 days.
3. Any lead that is contacted by a team member outside the office, under urgent circumstances or otherwise, but is later found to belong to someone else, should be returned to the original owner. Notification should be sent to the original owner via WhatsApp or email.

5. Personal phone usage should be minimized to urgent calls only. If Snapchat, personal Instagram, or WhatsApp usage is detected, appropriate action will be taken.
6. Any lead with notes by sales team members within the last 30 days cannot be pursued by anyone else, regardless of reminders or closed status. Leads marked closed by the sales rep cannot be taken by anyone else before 30 days.
7. It is recommended to inform the sales rep to follow up on their lead if you receive any web leads from the existing database. We should help each other by informing other sales reps that their lead requires urgent attention, but refrain from taking or following up on it. If a sales rep is absent, inform their neighboring team member.
8. Sales incentives are 10% on the amount brought in after three times your salary. GST is excluded from the sales amount before calculating the total sales amount. Payment received for adding a branch is not eligible for commissions. Commissions are only calculated for new sales. Sales incentives will be given between the 25th and 30th of every month, and sales/client/lead IDs should be provided in Excel for review by the Sales Head before final incentive calculations.
9. Developers need to meet daily targets. Every day, in-progress and reopened tickets are prioritized. All developers must follow priorities set by the Director > Sales Head > HR/Manager.
10. Downloading data from the old client software is the responsibility of the sales team.
11. The minimum turnaround time for tickets is 2 days.
12. We will take 2 working days to deliver the software, and forms to be filled by the sales team are mandatory. Software should be delivered within 2 days to the client.
13. Any casual/sick leave taken on a public holiday will be deducted. There will be three deductions made.
14. Casual leaves cannot be combined with any other time off or holiday.
15. Lunch breaks cannot be adjusted for short leaves in any case, as managing attendance this way is not feasible.
16. Any password reset request ticket must include an email screenshot, and the email ID should be registered in Disha. Approval from me or Mehak is required for the password reset. Regardless of the client's urgency, the password won't be changed without written approval from Parbhat/Sales Head.
17. No more than one developer should be added to one ticket.
18. UPS should be switched off.
19. Chairs should be properly placed.
20. Do not leave used cups or garbage on tables.
21. In case of any urgent ticket or dispute/confusion about leads, please report to the Sales Head (Ms. Durga) and await further instructions. There should be no discussion with other team members about it.
22. Sharing your salary amount or related queries is not allowed in the company.
23. Engaging in any work not related to our company during working hours may result in immediate termination without payment of dues. This includes activities such as playing music on YouTube, reading news, or trading shares.
24. Engaging with client from personal phone or getting connected in any other way may result in immediate termination without payment of dues.
25. If you leave company without serving notice period company will not pay you any dues/ pending salary or incentives.
26. Sales team can not directly command developers or designers or SEO team. They should connect with on-boarding team or sales head for same.
